Shri Ambika Kutir (Thane) recently celebrated its 50th Anniversary. Today they have over 100 branches in India and Overseas. For an organisation that runs purely on volunteers it is truly a remarkable achievement. Over the last 50 years they have helped many Yoga aspirants to overcome diseases, develop a more positive attitude towards life and above all develop a sense of community awareness that is so important in today’s dog eat dog world. Shri Ambika Kutir’s message is simple:

“Propagate the ancient knowledge of Yoga and thereby to make it available for the benefit of the masses.”
