This is a
traditional Indian Yoga course
. Sessions are held once a week and the course runs for 16 weeks. Session timings run for 2 hours for the regular course and 1 hour for the Practice session, seniors classes and Children's Yoga classes.
For Joining Yoga courses
No prior knowledge of Yoga is required,
we shall teach yoga from basic.
Course contents are differnt for each catagory considering ther need and requirement.
Yoga topics covered in course include:
- Pranayama (Breathing Exercise to improve Respiratory System )
- Bandha (Lock to increase stamina, redirect energy and many physical processes are brought under conscious control),
- Mudra (Special Posture for special applications)
- Shatkarma (Internal cleansing for detoxification, Sinus, Allergy, migraine etc)
- Shankha Prakshalana (Yogic miracle for cleansing entire digestive tract)
- Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar) we teach methodical and instruction based for every one to learn and practice easily for increased stamina, vigor, reduction in weight, toning muscles, feel young and smart.
- Asana (Postures for flexibility, healthy spine and special application for common ailment like, Backache, high cholesterol, heart disease, asthma, arthritis etc.)
Ours is only course in Sydney that teaches Yoga in the traditional way with
emphasis on Pranayama and Cleansing
in addition to the practice of Asanas. And moreover we are a Non Profit Organisation so we can deliver a complete package for the benefit of the Australian Community at most affordable way.
