There are currently 9 courses available at convenient times and location. The current batch starts on 27th August 2011 and all courses run for 16 weeks. Select from below the course you would like to enrol in. A yoga mat is mandatory for the course if you don't have one make sure you add it to the cart. Alternatively you can purchase one from the Yoga Center
